In accordance with Section 8 of our Terms of Use for Project Owners, a studio can withdraw his crowdfunding offer and delete the Project Pages from the Gamevestor platform at any moment before the end of the Campaign. As a result, the Campaign was deemed unsuccessful and all Investors and Backers were fully refunded, without any deduction, in accordance with Section 4.2 of the said Terms.

In compliance with our record-keeping obligations of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP), the project-related documentation remains accessible to the refunded clients for a period of at least five years.
